Nitish Malhotra is a Principal in the investment team. He is passionate about software infrastructure topics across cloud, data, and AI infrastructure and developer tooling.

Nitish joined MMC in 2021, bringing a wealth of global experience. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey in India before moving to Malaysia and Indonesia with video streaming start-up iflix, owning growth and international expansion, going on to lead the Indonesian office as COO.

He brings his own entrepreneurial experience too, having founded a digital product studio (Carrot Fish) and a health beverage brand (Nomad Brew Company) aimed at improving farmer livelihoods.

Nitish received his MBA from London Business School, where he also spent time with Amazon Web Services and Nauta Capital.

You’ll usually find Nitish with his headphones on. He’s a melomaniac and an amateur DJ, constantly searching for new beats to accompany his journey (preferably on two wheels).
