Alan Morgan is a co-founder of MMC, and chair of the firm’s Investment Committee.
He is also chairman of Adfisco, an advisory and investment company specialising in early-stage and growth fintech companies. Alan uses his extensive operational and investment experience to assist MMC and Adfisco founders across all stages of growth with practical advice and support.
Before founding MMC, Alan spent 28 years at McKinsey & Co where he was head of the financial services practice in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. He was also a board member of the McKinsey Investment Office which manages c. $8 billion of staff and partner retirement and investment products.
Alan has an MA in Law from Trinity College, Oxford University, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and is a qualified barrister.
