Gardin measures plant physiology in real time using chlorophyll fluorescence, generating performance alerts and growth insights days before other technologies. Chlorophyll fluorescence is a powerful technique to measure the health and performance of plants but its use was previously limited to research laboratories due to the cost and size of the sensors. Gardin has developed a scalable, commercial sensor that can be used to measure production environments.

The Gardin Platform is completely automated. The sensors are plug and play and once deployed run fully autonomously. The Platform has a comprehensive API to allow simple integration with whatever farm management system software a grower uses. Gardin also enables end-to-end control of the process. Growers can adjust the environment to the precise needs of the plants throughout the growth cycle to increase yield, reduce crop variability and lower costs.
