Elder is seeking to build an alternative to care homes at scale

Elder has developed the technology to match patients with carers, based on individual qualities and needs; recruited and trained full-time, live-in carers nationally; and instituted monitoring systems to enable regular communication between families, customers and carers.

This enables customers to remain in their own homes, retaining their independence and familiar surroundings, supported and looked after by a companion they can relate to.
