Digital Genius combines the best of Human and Machine Intelligence to deliver and increase on customer expectations. Digital Genius integrates with existing software solutions (Salesforce and Zendesk) and uses algorithms to auto-tag customer service tickets. It will analyse an incoming message, predict meta-data, route cases, provides service agents accurate suggestions and automates responses, saving around 30% of their time.
