Gousto and Bloom & Wild join the Tech City Future Fifty
Gousto and Bloom & Wild have been included in the 2017 Tech City 'Future Fifty' cohort. The programme recognises the UK's fastest growing technology companies and provides network opportunities, private partnerships and unique links to the government.
Aron Gelbard, co-founder and CEO of Bloom & Wild commented: 'We are honoured to join the ranks of the UK’s most pioneering businesses as we grow our brand in the UK and expand abroad in 2017. It’s our privilege to learn from some of the most successful and innovative companies and experts in the UK tech sector as we work to become Europe’s most loved flower brand.'
The inclusion of both companies follows significant growth through 2016 and both recently announced fundraises. Gousto announced a £10m funding round in November, with participation from MMC, BGF Ventures and Unilever Ventures. More recently, Bloom & Wild secured £3.75m from Hubert Burda Media and MMC.
