We are excited to invite MMC portfolio companies to a People & Culture clinic. The clinic, hosted by Tom, COO of Unleashed aims to:

• Energise and encourage founders to solve some live challenges they may face when it comes to motivating their people.
• Create a space that allows for peer-to-peer learning and support one another with these challenges.

What to expect

• The clinic time will be split across 2-3 core problems that have been brought by the founders based on the key challenges they currently face within the realm of People / Culture / Talent in their businesses.
• First, a "group coaching" style conversation will be facilitated, encouraging the group to share their own experiences, learnings, or solutions to the challenges that have been brought forward.
• Tom will then share a range of tactics and ideas that Unleashed has successfully put into practice in their fast-growth startup clients' businesses.
